Pros: Very simple, only records keystrokes. Uses a password, when typed anywhere, to bring up the console. Good for monitoring kids' activity online. Busted my kid skipping school one day when I found entries for the time he was supposed to be in school. People reporting a virus are wrong. Their software was reporting the presence of the keylogger itself. I've noticed no perceptible delay when playing games.
Cons: It is detected and removable by spyware/virus detectors, so it could be easily defeated by someone who knows how to remove spyware. If you forget the password, use Spybot Search & Destroy to remove it, then reinstall. People reporting that it doesn't work should read the documentation a bit more thoroughly. The output can be difficult to read because each key is recorded, so a misspelling looks like "dpg[backspace][backspace]og".
Only records keystrokes, so clicks on links are not recorded (but a quick look in the cookies folder usually reveals what websites have been visited).

Very easy to install and use. I installed it and set it to be in hidden mode. Few days later I checked the logs and found every activity performed on the computer, just everything I wanted to know. It shows you visited sites/links you pressed, all keystrokes typed and the application they were typed in, passwords, chats sessions...
You can set the program to send you the logs by email or ftp in an interval you choose.
